MINT Construction was founded by Dennis Merrigan MRICS & Paul Smart with a clear objective: a commitment to sustainable design and construction.

Dennis and Paul have an impressive combined wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction industry. And over the years they had both followed with a keen professional interest the developments in low energy design. Dennis took his research even further and has built, and lives in, his own Certified Passivhaus.

We believe the finished project speaks for itself
